📋 What this site does
ScreenTester.uk is a lightweight, browser-based toolkit for checking your monitor, laptop, tablet, TV, projector or phone. Tests include mobile tools like Ghost Touch, Mobile Screen Test, iPhone Screen Test and Display Colour, alongside Dead/Stuck Pixels, Screen Uniformity, Backlight Bleed, Gradient Banding, Contrast/Gamma, Response Time/Motion, Refresh Rate, a Multi-Touch visualiser and a white "Screen Cleaner". Everything runs on your device with no app download needed.

The tests are implemented with HTML5 Canvas and WebGL. They render locally in your browser, and we don’t process your screen data on our servers.

🔐 Funding, privacy and consent
No accounts and no uploads. The site is mainly funded by Google AdSense and may also include selected affiliate links such as Amazon product links on relevant pages. If you click an affiliate link and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
For visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland, Google’s consent message is used to collect and manage relevant ad and analytics choices. You can reopen those choices using the Privacy & cookie settings link in the footer.

How do the tests work?
Everything renders locally using HTML5 Canvas or WebGL.
Why might a test not work on my TV?
Some smart TVs or older browsers limit WebGL or input events. If a test doesn’t run, try a different browser or device.
